Track Customer access
How customer access works
- Sign in with Customer Login using your work email address. The first time, Microsoft will ask you to verify that address with a one-time code - there is no new password to remember.
- Press Request customer access. Your request goes to BGM Engineering, who link your sign-in to your company and decide which projects you can see. Access is granted per customer and per project by BGM; there is no self-service sign-up.
- BGM confirms when you are linked. Sign in again and you will see only the projects BGM has shared with your company.
Speed things up
Tell your BGM Engineering project lead which people at your company should have access and which projects they should see, and which email address each will sign in with.

- BGM Engineering staff: use Employee Login.
- Contractors entering time: use Contractor Login or read the contractor access help.
